Fernando Garcia-Naddaf holds expertise in International Relations, Political Communication, and Public Opinion, blending academia and diplomacy with a focus on non-violence and peace. He taught these subjects at Chilean universities and directed the Master’s Program on Politics and Government at Universidad Diego Portales. Fernando holds a Ph.D. from Université de Paris VIII and a Master’s Degree from Université Paris I, with additional studies in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Beyond academia, Fernando worked as the former Chief of International Affairs at the Transparency Council of Chile, advocating for public information access and transparency. As an author and researcher, he explores politics within social media and concentrates on promoting peace in Latin America, particularly examining the role of social movements in fostering peace.
