“Chirilagua es la gente”

With the increasing presence of large corporations, such as Amazon, in Arlandia, Virginia, the predominantly latino community, specifically Central American, called Chirilagua is faced with rising rent prices that will displace the local population. Perdiendo el sabor latino highlights these concerns of gentrification by centering the dialogue around the voices of local residents and their resistance efforts.
